The Company operates an integrated business model comprising drone manufacturing, Drone-as-a-Service (“DaaS”), and remote pilot training.

The Company provides drone-enabled solutions across sectors such as agriculture, defence, infrastructure, mining, disaster management and enterprise applications. These solutions include precision spraying, aerial surveillance, mapping, inspection, logistics support and data-led analysis.

Garuda Aerospace has developed an in-house portfolio of drone platforms supported by its engineering, research and operational capabilities. Its solutions are delivered through a combination of owned assets and partner-led execution models across multiple locations in India, enabling scalable deployment.

As part of its DaaS offering, the Company enables customers to access drone services on a need basis without requiring ownership of drone hardware. The Company also conducts training programs for drone pilots in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

The Company’s operations are supported by a network of trained drone pilots, operational teams and service partners, enabling deployment across multiple geographies. Its solutions facilitate data collection, monitoring and operational efficiency for customers across sectors.

Garuda Aerospace has undertaken projects with government agencies, public sector undertakings and private sector clients in India, and has entered into collaborations with domestic and international entities for technology development and deployment.
